Looks like a shred to me. $300 would be a fair price, looks to be in pretty good condition maybe a little more but not much more.

: So...several years ago i bought a used squirt boat with the intention of learning. Suffice to say, it hasn't seen whitewater in the last 5 years and won't any time soon with me due to family circumstances. So i'm looking to sell it, but don't know the model or what I can reasonably expect to get for it, and figured this is the place to ask. Pics can be seen in my Picasa album here:
